Arriving at the museum

The museum is accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

Disabled parking spaces, reserved for those with a disabled parking badge, are available near the museum:

  • 16 rue Guynemer,
  • 23 rue de Vaugirard,
  • 7 rue Palatine,
  • 5 rue Garancière,
  • 29 rue de Tournon.


Entering the museum 

Avoid the queue and contact a member of the security staff in the courtyard who will indicate the entrance for those with reduced mobility.


Group visits

For an even more enjoyable experience, special visits can be organised outside public opening hours.


Individual visits

An inductive loop for audio guides are available to people paired.

A wheelchair can be made available for disabled guests on request, by calling 01 40 13 62 00.



There is free admission for disabled visitors (plus an accompanying person if named on the card). Proof of entitlement must be shown at the ticket desks (valid cards issued by the MDPH (local regional authority for the disabled) or equivalent certificate from another country).
